Portfolio & Project Planner

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio & Project Planner to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio, program, and project management, with experience in implementing cross-BU global guidelines, processes, methods, and tools.

  • Develop and implement global portfolio, program, and project management guidelines, processes, methods, and tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and compare global and regional portfolios, programs, and projects against standardized performance indicators.
  • Collect, analyze, and share lessons learned at local, regional, and global levels to improve overall portfolio performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a proactive problem solver, and possess a collaborative spirit. Experience in process management and KPI systems is also required.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement global portfolio, program, and project management guidelines.
  • Guide senior management on the efficient use of project management tools and tailor reporting as needed.
  • Assist program and project managers in using project management tools effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's or diploma degree completed.
  • Several years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
  • Experience with SAP landscape (e.g., PPM, BW, SAC).
  • Knowledge of Portfolio/Program/Project Management (e.g., IPMA certification).
  • Effective communication skills with senior management and operational teams.
