Linux Systems Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Linux Systems Engineer to lead the deployment and roll-out of Linux-based solutions across enterprise environments.

  • Deploy and configure Linux servers in on-premises and virtualized environments.
  • Automate installation, configuration, and patching to streamline deployments.
  • Test, validate, and optimize systems for performance, stability, and security.
  • Support integration with VMware, KVM, and Windows environments.
  • Document and standardize deployment processes for repeatability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth roll-outs.
  • Contribute to system design discussions, particularly around deployment strategy and scalability.
About This Role

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building systems from scratch, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and production-ready. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with infrastructure and application teams to drive end-to-end deployments that power critical business operations.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for deploying and configuring Linux servers, automating installation and configuration, testing and validating systems, and integrating with various environments. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will enable you to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the success of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Linux Deployment and System Builds: 3-7 years of experience.
  • Linux Installation and Configuration: Strong knowledge.
  • KVM/VMware Virtualization: Hands-on experience.
  • Networking: Solid understanding of configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Diploma/Degree: In Computer Science or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Initiative-driven, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.

Bonus: Exposure to Windows Server or cloud environments.
