About Aureus Academy Music School we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Music Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality music lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, and guiding students towards their musical goals.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent in music, as well as 1-2 years of teaching experience. They must possess excellent communication skills, a bright personality, and the ability to motivate students.   • Job Responsibilities:
    • Create personalized lesson plans for individual students' needs and examination syllabuses.
    • Instruct music theory, aural skills, and practical techniques to students preparing for examinations.
    • Source and acquire relevant teaching materials and resources for music lessons.
    • Motivate students and encourage progress throughout their learning journey.
    • Evaluate students' abilities, provide constructive feedback, and write reports for parental feedback.
    • Lead accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance.
    • Collaborate with colleagues on group activities, such as camps and exam preparation.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Master's degree or diploma in music (ATCL/DipABRSM).
    • 1-2 years of experience in teaching or related fields preferred.
    • Bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills.
