About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Asphalt Plant Operations Manager to join our team at Highway International Private Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our asphalt plant, ensuring smooth production and efficient maintenance.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply, as we provide training opportunities for growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operation of the asphalt plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies;
* Assist the Plant Manager in planning and monitoring daily and preventive maintenance activities;
* Lead a group of General Workers to operate and maintain the asphalt plant;
* Responsible for stock control, EHS on plant premises, and worker quarters;
* Prepare risk methodologies for all jobs, assess risks, and incorporate controls to minimize them;
