Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract administration process, from initial tendering to final account settlement. This includes conducting cost comparison analysis, handling variation orders, and preparing quotations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or related studies, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position. You should also have excellent ability in contract administration and variation order management.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cost comparison analysis to ensure accurate pricing and minimize financial risk.
  • Handle variation orders and progress claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare quotations and liaise with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Responsible for taking off of BQ (Bill of Quantities) to ensure accurate pricing and minimize discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or related studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent ability in contract administration and variation order management.
  • Meticulous and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prefer candidates with main-con experience.
