Job Title: IT Portfolio Management Specialist

About the Role:
The role of IT Portfolio Management Specialist is a key position within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and governing IT project portfolios, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives. This includes analyzing project requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to drive value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain IT project portfolios, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals
• Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance project delivery
• Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and recommending areas for improvement

Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT portfolio management, with a focus on project governance and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools, including Asana and Jira
