Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $4,000 - $5,500 per month, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the scheduling and coordination of assigned courses.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions and events, including registration, inquiries, data entry, and setup of rooms or virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom).
  • Offer support to trainers/facilitators and participants throughout training sessions.
  • Conduct month-end account reconciliations for each course.
  • Delve exceptional and timely customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support operational needs for company bootcamps, including site and materials preparation, event coordination, photography, and overall event management.
  • Assist with the development and preparation of training and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support for training courses-related tasks and duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Pleasant and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrates exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment, with an ability to collaborate effectively with people from various backgrounds.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
