Enterprise Applications Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Enterprise Applications team, driving process automation and business efficiency. As a key member of our organization, you will spearhead project implementation, change management, and service desk functions.About the Role:This is a senior leadership position that requires a proven track record in managing and enhancing capabilities and functionalities in Enterprise Applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Coupa). You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the Enterprise Application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Project Implementation, Change Management, and Service Desk function
- Provide management direction and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful execution of projects
- Offer technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the Enterprise Application
- Leverage on thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Manage SLAs and deliverables for multiple projects
- Oversee the entire SDLC process and ensure accuracy and completeness of functional and technical documentations
- Manage integrations between Enterprise Applications (e.g., APIs, middleware)
- Communicate and manage platform releases to key business users
- Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to Enterprise Applications
- Conduct IT security checks and ensure compliance with internal and external audit recommendations
- Vendor engagement and management, responding to quotations and contracts, performing necessary budgeting and costing exercises
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- 5+ years of management experience in Enterprise Applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Coupa, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Enterprise platform knowledge and SAAS model (e.g., application, data, and security)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global team environment
- Ability to lead the team and deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills, in both process and solution analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, must be collaborative in nature and work well with others
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- ITIL Certification is a plus
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
