Key Skills and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to perform quality checks on bank cards, ensuring high levels of accuracy and service level compliance.

This role involves performing end day reconciliation for internal reporting, as well as taking on other ad-hoc duties as required.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Prior working experience in a production line environment is advantageous

Our team performs quality checks on every card mailer after card personalization to ensure we meet our service level on accuracy. This requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior working experience in a production line environment.
