Job Title: Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting in the creation and dissemination of marketing content across various platforms, including social media, campaign launches, and websites.

  • Assist in crafting and editing marketing content for diverse channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Create visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, for digital and print materials.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across platforms, maintaining brand cohesion and engaging audiences.
  • Conduct research to inform content development and gain market insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze data using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and prepare summary reports using tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) using SEMRush or Google Keyword Planner, enhancing online visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or content role, with internships also considered, showcasing adaptability and growth potential.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor tone and style to suit diverse platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, to create high-quality visual assets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic reporting, with an understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Wix, or Webflow, to manage and update content efficiently.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to leverage their capabilities effectively.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with headquarters and stakeholders who speak Mandarin.
  • Bonus points for experience in logistics or e-commerce, applying knowledge from those fields to drive innovative marketing strategies.
