Job Description

We provide strategic guidance to public, private, and multilateral clients in Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, with a focus on energy & utilities, transport & mobility, and infratech and projects advisory.

With a geographical footprint that spans multiple regions, our expertise extends to financial advisory services for conventional power, renewables, water, waste, and utilities projects. Our professionals are adept at providing energy transition and decarbonization advisory, leveraging their knowledge of market analysis, project finance model build, debt raising advisory, policy, and regulatory advisory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage transactions and advisory mandates, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs such as financial modeling analyses, information memoranda, and transaction documents (RFQ, RFP).
  2. Provide strategic, commercial, and financial advice to major corporates, public sector entities, infrastructure funds, and multilateral agencies, covering the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects.
  3. Develop and execute project/engagement management plans, fostering strong client relationships and collaboration with other business units and member firms.
  4. Independently develop opportunities and build a portfolio of projects for the team, managing proposal development, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  5. Support senior management in developing thought leadership in new business areas.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years (5 years for Manager) of relevant professional experience in energy and utilities infrastructure project finance and PPPs. Experience in preparing bankability feasibility studies/business cases for infrastructure projects, including PPP transactions.

Understanding of risk analysis and allocation for project finance and PPPs, knowledge of project finance documentation, and ability to manage and mentor staff on engagements.

Strong project management skills to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, proficiency in quantitative and financial modeling, and business acumen.
