Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating import/export shipments, processing them from system entry to billing and file closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create import & export jobs in the system till Billing and file closure.
  2. Liaise with Carriers/Co-loaders for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking.
  3. Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement.
  4. Liaise with Transporters for import & export cargo handling.
  5. Procure rates with Carriers/Co-loaders.
  6. Check origin/destination rate with overseas agents.
  7. Handle import & export custom permits.
  8. Support Sales for quotations.
  9. Perform any ad-hoc matters assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
  • 5 working days per week (as applicable).
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude.
  • Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Expect overtime on a regular basis.
