Job Description

As a regional manager of modern workplace services, you will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the regional aspects of support and deployment of core services. This includes collaboration technology such as Microsoft 365, campus technology, meeting room technology, privilege access management, regional office moves, and regional deployments of modern workplace technology and tooling.

Our team is responsible for providing exceptional service management with the region, incident and problem management within modern workplace services, and ensuring seamless integration with other teams. We operate in over 100 countries, with corporate headquarters in New York, London, and Singapore.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in global deployments of collaboration capabilities
  • Management and growth of strong productive teams
  • Mastery of Microsoft M365 products, Co-Pilot, and Teams Premium, Power Platforms
  • Google Workspace expertise
  • Collaboration tools like Miro and Box
  • Managed print services
  • Identity technology expertise, including Okta and Active Directory
  • Privilege access management using BeyondTrust
  • End-user software commercial awareness and license management
  • ITIL experience
  • 10 years of experience managing outsourcing suppliers
  • Policies and process management
  • Report writing skills
  • Commercial contract experience with third parties
