Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define acceptance criteria and develop robust testing strategies for complex software systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners and Business Analysts to craft user story acceptance criteria, analyzing and decomposing complex software systems to design a holistic test strategy, researching emerging technologies, and developing a test automation framework.

Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining test suites comprising various test scenarios and cases, implementing a risk-based approach for test automation, and performing time-boxed exploratory testing.

Maintaining the regression test suite in the QA nightly build and refining the smoke test suite in the Development CI environment is also key. System integration testing with other system owners and managing user acceptance testing are critical components of the role.

The successful candidate will oversee the defect life cycle, manage test artifacts, and maintain the test repository. Driving continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools is essential to success in this position.
