Operations Management Executive Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the entire food production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Executive to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and cost-control strategies to optimize output.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and cost-control strategies to optimize output.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and manage production teams, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
    • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintenance Coordination: Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
    • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate raw materials and packaging supplies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, extensive experience in production planning, budgeting, and process optimization. You should also have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
