Job DescriptionAs a Relationship Manager at Affinite Solutions, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative growth and establishing impactful business relationships. You will collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to identify and engage high-potential clients, showcasing how Actuals.ai can revolutionise their business through our generative AI solutions.
This role provides a rare chance to enter an untapped market through a blue ocean strategy, positioning you as a pivotal force in the launch and expansion of Actuals.ai. With an impressive 50% conversion rate and access to 95% of the corporate database, you'll have a powerful foundation to rapidly develop and expand these client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify and engage high-potential clients, initiate insightful discussions, and cultivate relationships aligned with Affinite's ambitious growth objectives.
- Product-Driven Collaboration: Work with product and marketing teams to understand Actuals.ai's unique advantages and communicate its value to prospective clients in a compelling way.
- Market Penetration & Strategy Execution: Leverage our blue ocean strategy as a first-mover in this market, generating business opportunities and driving sustainable growth in an emerging sector.
- End-to-End Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client connections, ensuring satisfaction, anticipating future needs, and uncovering opportunities for collaboration.
We're looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology, finance, or AI-driven solutions. You should possess exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills. A minimum of 2 years working experience within a bank or financial services company is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding quotas and strategic goals. They will be able to quickly understand client challenges and identify how Affinite's solutions can drive impact and efficiency.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package with an attractive incentive scheme. In addition, we provide opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
