Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a senior executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of transactions involving investments and asset managements. You will also play a crucial role in originating new transactions and ideas, reviewing asset acquisitions including impact analysis and funding strategy, preparing management reports, board materials, marketing and investor relations materials for internal and external use, and deal administration.
You will work closely with seasoned investors and professional advisors in a transaction setting, including legal and financial advisors. Strong numerical skills are required to build complex financial models and valuation concepts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Commerce or Accounting. At least 3 years' experience from a bulge bracket investment bank in an infrastructure role is preferred, with deal experience across multiple infrastructure sectors, preferably in the Utilities and Waste sectors.
