Beauty Therapist Job Role

We are seeking a talented Beauty Therapist to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards in our aesthetic centre.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of working experience in sales/beautician, with proficiency in speaking English and Mandarin. They must be well-groomed, professional, and possess good interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a self-motivated attitude to achieve sales targets.

  • Promote our services and products to customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Conduct skin/body analysis, recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and products, and perform facial, body, teeth, and aesthetic treatments for customers.
  • Exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments including face, body, skin, slimming, hair removal, teeth whitening, and more.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Promote our services and products to customers, achieve sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Treatment Delivery: Conduct skin/body analysis, recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and products, and perform facial, body, teeth, and aesthetic treatments for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensure high standards are maintained, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales/beautician.
  • Proficient in speaking English and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a self-motivated attitude to achieve sales targets.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and enjoy meeting people.
  • Ability to commit retail hours.
