Compassionate Transportation Support

We are seeking a responsible individual to ensure the safety and well-being of elderly clients during transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transportation Duties:
  • Ensure safe transport of clients to various destinations while adhering to traffic regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding transportation matters.
  • Attend to basic care needs of clients, including safe restraints and in-vehicle equipment maintenance.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks and cleanliness.
  1. Centre Support Duties:
  • Clean and maintain centre facilities, including showering/toilet areas and utensils.
  • Assist with gardening duties, such as sweeping leaves and clearing fruit drops.
  • Water plants and ensure vector control by inspecting and clearing stagnant water.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Centre Manager/Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Primary school education
  • Valid driving license and/or defensive driving certificate (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience assisting elderly clients in a similar setting

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Physically fit and able to assist with lifting or transferring clients
  • Ensure road safety for elderly and complete duties safely
  • Regular attendance consistent with local standards
  • Ability to document work simply
  • Reliable team member with positive work and interpersonal skills
