Job Description:

This role is responsible for driving financial excellence across transformation initiatives, ensuring a clear and direct linkage to measurable ROI and financial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a robust value measurement framework to assess the benefits of transformation programs.
2. Track and evaluate ROI of initiatives, ensuring a seamless connection to financial results.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to set KPIs aligning with financial targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.


Preferred:
MBA, CPA, CFA, or relevant certifications. 7–10 years of experience in finance, strategy, FP&A, business transformation, consulting, or enterprise performance management. Proven experience in value management or benefits realization in large-scale initiatives. Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis. Experience engaging with senior executives and presenting ROI assessments.
