Operations Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of container operational and shipping documentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation flow.
  • Execute order placements and coordinate with vendors, buyers, forwarders, and shipping lines.
  • Draft sales and purchase contracts, addendums, service agreements, and relevant agreements.
  • Compute interco sale pricing for containers.
  • Liaise with planning teams for volume allocation.
