We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Regulatory practice, working on significant financial services regulatory matters for leading global insurers and reinsurers. Your expertise will be valuable in advising clients on complex financial services regulatory and compliance issues, corporate governance arrangements, and commercial agreements. You will also work closely with our offices across the world to deliver an integrated service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on complex financial services regulatory and compliance issues in both contentious and non-contentious contexts
  • Advising clients on corporate governance arrangements and on various commercial agreements
  • Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients
  • Project managing transactions, including working closely with our offices across the world to deliver an integrated service to our clients
Requirements
  • Solid financial services regulatory advice experience, gained from private practice and/or an in-house role
  • Understanding of the specific regulatory and compliance environment in which the general and life insurance industries operate
  • Candidates with strong corporate advisory or commercial experience
