Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for driving overall procurement performance and optimizing costs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products/services
  • Analyze market trends and make informed decisions on supplier selection and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in procurement

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the Aerospace industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
