Strategic HR Business Partner Lead

As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performing workforce.
- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans to ensure business objectives are met.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to ensure continuity of key roles.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of senior HRBP experience with leadership exposure.
- Proven track record of strategic HR delivery and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in employment law and HR best practices.
