In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing sales skills through learning to prospect, qualify leads, and build client relationships. You will also gain a comprehensive understanding of various investment products, market trends, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong sales skills by learning to identify potential clients, assess their needs, and propose suitable investment solutions.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of different investment products, including wealth management, private equity, and capital markets.
- Interact with clients to provide personalized investment advice and support their financial goals.
- Participate in departmental rotations to gain a holistic view of the business and develop a deep understanding of its operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as paperwork and data entry, to support the sales and investment teams.
- Monitor performance metrics, including sales targets, investment results, and client portfolio growth, to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze complex financial data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable, and experience in financial modelling, valuation, and risk management would be an asset.
