Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and experienced design professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical work, engaging others with creative and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality design and/or technical work, engaging others with their creative and innovative thinking.
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating preparation of project deliverables and other activities related to project development.
  • Take responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate and integrate work of external contractors, suppliers, and professionals.
Project Management Expertise
  • Model best practice in project management, contributing towards a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.
  • BUILD network across business and seek leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members.
Client Relationships
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Support senior colleagues with client presentation, making positive contribution towards project meetings and client engagements.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Talented designer with portfolio showcasing great creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Strong experience in Mixed Use and Retail, Hospitality, and Office/Workplace design.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong sense of design and eye for detail, with ability to deliver and communicate creative solutions internal and with external collaborators.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver great results.
  • Be degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
