Administrative Coordinator for Warranty and Customer Support

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Warranty and Customer Support teams. This role will be responsible for performing administrative duties, monitoring leave applications, and assisting with subcontractor paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork
•Prepare documents for approval
•Monitor leave application for approval
•Monitor overtime submission for approval
•Assist with all subcontractors PO / sublets
•Conduct follow-up according to subcontractors' last activity
•Ensure office supplies are sufficient and to order
•Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering
•Knows the relevant KPIs for his or her target achievement
•Ensures the smooth cooperation between all interfaces
•Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving
Warranty Department Support
•Makes sure that all customer data are updated
•To submit warranty claims
•Take part in warranty disposal
•Ensures warranty documents are submitted on time and error-free
•General administration of all warranty matters
Customer Care and Call Centre Support
•Liaise with call centre on customer requests
•Assist with CCR-S
•Assist with VOC scores and response rate
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year admin or working experience
•Follow up on feedback and requests for Service Assistant and Advisors
•Skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Aftersales, Archiving, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Care, Administration, Payroll, Data Entry, Warranty, Administrative Support, Team Player, and Customer Service
Benefits
Competitive salary range: SGD $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
