Job Title: Protective Services Specialist

About the Role:

The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment at our premises. Key tasks include conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points, and responding to any security incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct perimeter checks and patrol areas to prevent unauthorized access
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and near-misses
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of security

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a security environment
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with fire safety procedures and protocols
  • Knowledge of construction site security practices
  • Basic first aid and emergency response training
