Senior Manager, Investment

As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing the investment process from origination to divestment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and evaluate new business cases, including site acquisition, underwriting, and due diligence
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks
  • Manage the investment process, including negotiation and contract execution
  • Monitor and report on fund performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting asset enhancement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial investment evaluation and capital decision making in the industrial or logistics real estate industry
  • Commercially sound, with the ability to identify business risks and balance risk and reward
  • Financial modelling, due diligence, and post-integration experience
  • Knowledge of Asia real estate market, including properties, rents, and cost structures
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or Business from a recognized tertiary provider
  • Experience with spreadsheet packages, such as Excel
  • Capital budgeting and related analysis, including IRR, NPV, DCF, and Yields
