Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Senior Manager/Senior Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.

As a key member of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for consolidating financial data, developing management reports, and driving faculty-wide financial transparency and actionable analysis. You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as experience in cost management and grant management. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferably with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and macros.
  • Financial modeling and data analysis expertise, with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • ERP and financial systems knowledge, including SAP S4Hana and Jedox.
