Cloud Security Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Specialist to lead the implementation, management, and design of cloud infrastructure and information security posture for our organization.

This individual will oversee operational management of cloud-native environments, ensuring scalability, cost-efficiency, performance, resilience, and security. Key responsibilities include designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, implementing security best practices, leading incident response, collaborating with development teams, and overseeing governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, performance, resilience, and security.
  • Implement and enforce security controls, policies, and procedures across cloud environments.
  • Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and log analysis to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to embed security into system design and development.
  • Oversee access controls, IAM policies, network security, encryption, and monitoring tools.
  • Maintain compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and conduct regular reviews of systems to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud security or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cloud security strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security technologies, including infrastructure as code, containerization, and serverless computing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
