We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough inspections of finished products, identifying defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards.
- Conduct rigorous product inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams to identify root causes of defects and non-conformities.
- Support quality initiatives by handling defective products found during production.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve material quality issues and determine disposition (accept, reject, or rework).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Perform First Article reports and propose solutions for visual inspection and data collection.
- Assist in resolving material quality issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma in Quality Assurance or equivalent with 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Ability to use measuring equipment such as Smart Scope, Keyence, and Micrometer.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret 2D drawings.
