Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the technical team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions. Your expertise in Ab Initio Metadata Hub, Shell Scripting, and Authorization Gateway will enable you to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Design, configure, and manage Ab Initio Metadata Hub for critical business applications.
  • Develop and optimize Unix Shell Scripts to enhance data processing and workflow management.
  • Configure Metadata Hub settings, permissions, workflows, and custom import rules to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Create Metadata Hub import feeds, hierarchies, classifications, and mappings to support data governance.
  • Manage user groups and permissions in Authorization Gateway to maintain data security and access control.
  • Perform dependency analysis, data lineage checks, and EME operations to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and QA activities to ensure solution quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support for data products and collaborate with development teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Technical Analyst or Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Ab Initio, Metadata Hub, Shell Scripting, and Authorization Gateway.
  • Hands-on experience with data lineage, dependency analysis, and metadata management.
  • Exposure to cloud-based architectures and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and collaborate with development teams.
