Job Description

The Senior Manager, Education will lead the strategic development and implementation of education programs at Hyperscal Solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in program design, management, and evaluation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including student leaders, faculty, investors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for Hyperscal Solutions and develop partnerships to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven performance within the organization.
  • Programme Development and Management
  • Design and implement effective education programs that meet the needs of Hyperscal Solutions' stakeholders.
  • Manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Programme Impact and Evaluation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on program progress and achievements.
  • Student Club Management
  • Oversee and guide student club advisors and student leaders to establish credible student-led clubs within Hyperscal Solutions.
  • Cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset among student leaders and clubs through experiential activities and events.
  • Financial Oversight and Fundraising
  • Manage the budget and financial resources of education programs.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of funds to achieve program objectives.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support program development and delivery.
  • Marketing and Brand Strategy Development
  • Develop marketing strategies to elevate the profile and awareness of Hyperscal Solutions' education programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree/Post Graduate Degree
  • A reputable university degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • Relevant Work Experience
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience in education program design, management, and evaluation.
  • Key Competencies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of budget, grant administration, and financial management principles.
  • Diligent and outcome-driven with a keen sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
