Key Responsibilities
  • Assist scientists in the execution of lab studies and customer projects
  • Partner with Facility and Engineering departments to schedule timely site and equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Draft and review SOPs, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments
  • Order laboratory, training, and pantry supplies as needed
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support for BDC projects, meetings, trainings, and events
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards for the BDC site to improve customer experience
  • Execute safety and administrative briefings to customers for training courses
  • Adhere to all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements
Requirements
  • GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) knowledge
  • Customer experience and housekeeping skills
  • Laboratory data analysis and laboratory policies knowledge
  • Healthcare and laboratory equipment maintenance experience
