The successful candidate will play a vital role in conducting site assessments, observing client performance, and developing individualized coaching plans using autism-friendly strategies. You'll collaborate with employers, identify workplace support, and report progress to key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you'll need advanced skills in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage partner employers to support and sustain clients' work performance">

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Health Services, Education, or related field">
  • Able to travel to offsite work locations">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills">
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment">
  • Desire to learn about Autism and passion to help individuals with special needs">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications">
