The Role

We are seeking a talented Principal Security Consultant to join our team in Singapore to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of security controls for high-profile projects across various sectors.

As a Principal Security Consultant, you will lead and manage an established team of electronic security systems consultants in the delivery of design and advice on appropriate and proportionate electronic security solutions.

You will work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver electronic security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, intruder alarm, intercom, and integrated security management systems.
  • Manage direct reports, project teams, internal and external security stakeholders, and prepare specifications, reports, and general arrangement drawings.
  • Carry out site inspections and surveys to ensure the successful delivery of security controls.
  • Develop and implement security risk management strategies to mitigate threats and ensure a holistic approach to security risk mitigations.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in security systems design and delivery.
  • Good overall knowledge and/or experience of security risk management and physical security solutions.
  • Proven ability in managing direct reports, project teams, and internal and external security stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of using initiative to overcome challenges.
