Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Schedule and manage client appointments, and make adjustments when needed.
• Assist in checking and recording inventory levels, and report any shortages in time.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contact details and appointment history.
• Communicate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work on a roster basis.
