Client Focus
  • Maintaining an unwavering focus on client comfort and relaxation throughout the treatment process to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Taking a thorough health history of clients prior to each session and updating it as necessary to guarantee the best possible outcome.
  • Responding promptly to client queries and expectations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Recommending relevant products and services to enhance the client experience and exceed their expectations.
Spa Environment Maintenance
  • Maintaining a pristine and safe environment for all clients and staff by adhering to strict cleanliness standards.
  • Ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and functioning correctly to prevent any downtime or disruptions.
  • Managing inventory levels of products and supplies to meet the demands of the spa and maintain a seamless service.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of treatment areas to ensure a smooth and efficient service that meets the highest standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining the overall tidiness of the spa and upholding its reputation for excellence.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A diploma or certificate in massage therapy, holistic massage, or a related field from reputable institutions such as ITEC, WSQ, CIBTAC, CEDESCO, NSRS, or NITEC is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the aesthetic/beauty spa industry is preferred, with experience working in a spa environment highly regarded.
