We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of specialty coffee recipes.
- Prepare beverages according to our high standards, maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
- Assist with cafe operations, including cleaning and maintenance, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Maintain stock levels and report inventory needs, contributing to the smooth operation of our cafe.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Proactive and enthusiastic individual with an avid interest in making specialty coffee, possessing a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Minimum 1 year of barista and cashier experience, preferably in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic setting, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality and strong initiative, with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction, willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Possess a valid food hygiene certificate, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Availability to work a 6-day week, with a flexible schedule that meets the demands of our busy cafe.
- A competitive estimated salary of SGD 25,000 - SGD 35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
