Job Title: Visual Design and Construction Specialist

A successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of visual designs, management of construction projects, and maintenance of quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, with experience in project planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and inspection.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed illustrations of door and window options and cutting lists, as well as aluminum and glass partition cutting lists, casement door, and window accessories
  • Produce 2D plans layout, elevations, and sections drawings in AutoCAD/Illustrator
  • Manage and lead teams, set guidelines, provide expertise and supervision, and ensure team performance meets expectations
  • Maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess excellent team management skills, problem-solving skills, good communication skills, critical thinking skills, time management skills, and teamwork skills. A strong understanding of AutoCAD, interior design, and construction is also essential.

Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related subject, has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.
