Job Title: Portfolio Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Portfolio Management Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about portfolio management and wants to contribute to our team's success.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple portfolios, including monitoring and analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize returns. They will also be involved in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of quarterly board meeting and results documents;
  • Ensuring monthly portfolio look-through, incidents and sustainability reports are prepared, cleared and submitted on time;
  • Working with the asset management and finance teams to track and review annual asset budgets (e.g. capital expenditures), and the analysis of variances against portfolio level forecasts;
  • Competitor benchmarking and analysis;
  • Ongoing monitoring of market, sustainability and Health and Safety (HSE) related news that could affect the assets under management, highlighting key topics internally where relevant;
  • Coordinating annual workplace safety visits for senior management (with the assistance of the Asset Managers).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics or a related field, and at least 5-7 years' experience in portfolio management. They should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and analytical work.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
