Job Summary

The Project Director oversees the successful launch of new products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transition new projects from development to market, guaranteeing all technical and operational milestones are met.
  • Manage product execution from start to finish, synchronizing with customer needs.
  • Maintain project deliverables in accordance with customer quality requirements and specifications throughout development and implementation phases.
  • Cascade agreed project plans, maintaining synchronization with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as primary technical and operational liaison between organization and customers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment for assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, or a track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
