Job Description:

As a Food and Beverage Team Lead at SINGAPORE CRICKET CLUB, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service standards are maintained across all dining areas. This includes overseeing table arrangements, setting up and clearing tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Supervise a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and functions.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Food and Beverage Team Lead at SINGAPORE CRICKET CLUB, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a senior server/bartender.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (Certification an asset).
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
