Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planner to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. As an Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for creating accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plans for our subsidiaries in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of factory capacity and customer demand to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Purchasing and Logistics: Purchase orders and liaise with factories and forwarders to ensure timely stock replenishment and shipping.
  • Inventory Optimization: Execute allocation strategies to ensure optimized inventory levels in each subsidiary.
  • Production Order Prioritization: Work on prioritizing production orders for selected products to meet customer demand.
  • SAP Master Data Management: Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of SAP master data, including price and item codes.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by superiors to support the team's goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering discipline.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data analytic tools such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, and Power Query.
  • ERP Experience: Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning and management.
