Project Executive Opportunity

A distinguished project executive is required to oversee high-level projects, ensuring successful delivery and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project execution, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Lead and manage project stakeholders, facilitating collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, PMO gated reviews, and project change proposals from project launch to closure.
• Manage project documentation, maintain change control records, and ensure full compliance with Organizational Project Management (OPM) standards and audit requirements.
• Proactively identify potential project risks, create mitigation plans, and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management standards and value.
• Provide clear project updates, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the engineering industry.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or SQL is advantageous.
