Strategic Account Manager

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Teradata, you will be responsible for driving business growth, customer value, satisfaction, and retention within assigned accounts across enterprise and public sector in Singapore. You will own the account strategy for engagement, adoption, and success planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire confidence and drive utilization of Teradata software and services through education and strategy sessions.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients and facilitate additional Teradata SMEs and functions.
- Develop and establish new business relationships and provide thought leadership to influence and build trust at different customer levels.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Recent experience in promoting analytical solutions for large enterprises.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Recent experience within public sector and FSI.
- Coverage or responsible for APJ or SEA region.
What You'll Bring
- BA, BS, MBA, or MS in business, technical, or professional discipline or equivalent work experience.
- A clear, confident, and persuasive communicator.
- Possess a keen interest in and understanding of developments in data and analytic technologies.
