Job Description

The Pre-school Centre Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for young children. The role involves cleaning various areas of the childcare centre, including classrooms, toilets, common areas, office, reception, parents' area, windows, doors, fans, shelves, cabinet, shoe racks, cubbies, children's tables and chairs, as well as preparing simple meals when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Demonstrating competence in cooking and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and proper cleaning techniques.

Additional Requirements
  • A Certificate in Food Handling and Safety, which is an advantage.
