Job Overview
As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to outstanding payments.

About the Role
This is an entry-level position based in Defu Lane, Singapore, working from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. You will work on generating AR statements of accounts, preparing AR aging analysis, and monitoring credit limits for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing checking, validation, and assurance of performance invoices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Follow up on all aging debts from customers via phone calls, emails or letters.
2. Coordinate with internal and external debt collectors on the statement of outstanding payments.
3. Generate AR Statement of accounts and prepare AR aging analysis to ensure compliance with company policy.
4. Monitor credit limits for customers and timely report delinquent accounts to management.
5. Responsible for AR billing.
6. Perform checking, validation and assurance of performance invoices are raised correctly.
7. Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial statements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
