Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to join our team in the real estate and asset management sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our tax specialists to deliver high-quality tax advisory services to clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tax structuring advice to clients on fund investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex tax matters. You will also be involved in developing deep knowledge in the Asset Management / Real Estate sector, including investment fund specialisation.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in local Corporate Tax / Mergers & Acquisitions and/or international Corporate Tax with international professional services firm / regulatory bodies.

In addition, the ideal candidate should possess tax advisory experience in fund structuring and/or real estate M&A in Singapore and international markets. They will also have a University degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in local Corporate Tax / Mergers & Acquisitions and/or international Corporate Tax with international professional services firm / regulatory bodies.
  • Tax advisory experience in fund structuring and/or real estate M&A in Singapore and international markets.
  • University degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law.
